Several of our surgeons hold public lists. If you are likely to meet the threshold we will tell you at the consultation rather than after.
Interest-free plans over 6 to 24 months are available on procedures above $2,000, subject to approval.
Eye injuries are usually covered. We lodge the claim for you and let you know the outcome before surgery is scheduled.
Yes. If you book a procedure within 90 days of your consultation, the $280 comes off the surgical quote. It is not credited against a second consultation.
Because the work varies. A dense cataract, scarring from an old injury, or a lens that needs a specialist implant all change the theatre time. The consultation is where that becomes knowable, and your written quote is fixed from that point.
Prescription glasses or contact lenses after surgery, travel and accommodation, and any treatment for an unrelated condition found during your assessment. Anything we expect you to pay for is on the written quote.
No. You can book directly. If you do have a referral, bring it — it saves repeating tests you have already had.
We contact you before doing it, except where delay would risk your sight. You will not receive an invoice for something you did not agree to.
