We check the criteria with you in the room and explain honestly whether you meet them.

Lodging the claim
We complete and submit the paperwork for you.

Scheduling
Onto the appropriate list, with the wait time stated plainly.
Afterwards
Recovery
- Recovery is identical to the equivalent private procedure
- Waiting times are set by the funder, not by us
- You can switch to private at any point and we will re-quote
- We will never withhold urgent treatment over funding
