What happens

Corneal mapping and thickness measurement. Not everyone is a candidate, and we will tell you plainly if you are not.

Anaesthetic
Numbing drops only.

The treatment
Both eyes in one visit. The laser itself runs for under a minute per eye.

First check
You are reviewed the next morning.
Afterwards
Recovery
- Gritty, watery eyes for 24–48 hours
- Vision usable within a day, sharpening over a month
- No eye make-up for a week
